About
About the project
“You are the cause” – the thoughts you nourish shape your character and, slowly, the circumstances of your life.

Gândul Zilei – TU Ești Cauza
Day by day, the project brings a short meditation from the writings of James Allen (1864–1912) in Romanian – on the site and on YouTube. One by one, his complete books will be translated, read aloud and made available, and the library will open up to other classic public-domain authors.
- Our own translations. The texts on this site are Romanian translations by Mihai Simion of originals in the public domain. The translations, recordings and editing are protected by copyright (© 2026 Mihai Simion).
- Artificial intelligence. The voice in the recordings and the images are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.
- The originals, free. You can read the original English texts for free in the Biblioteca gratuită James Allen (opens in a new tab).
- Limits. We do not offer medical, psychological or financial advice.

Why James Allen?
Because he says a big thing simply: change begins in thought. His books are short, clear and suited to a minute of quiet each day.
Who it is for
For anyone looking for a minute of quiet in the day: spirituality without dogma, personal growth that starts from within, and self-education through classic books. No meditation experience is needed – just a little attention and the wish to look at your thoughts kindly.
